1. Implicit and Explicit Memories

This topic is described as different systems of memories, including implicit memory and explicit memory. Implicit memory is also called procedural memory, which cannot be consciously recalled. It is an experimental or functional form of memory.

With implicit memory, behavior is automatic, and we do not know when we use it. Examples of implicit memory include using language naturally, driving and reading.
